Poor quality

I’ve purchased a few different hats now and typically my husband really enjoys the fit and quality of the hat, but he’s been unhappy with this one. He still really likes the style, but the hat appears dented at the top ridge, and it’s puckering at the sides above the ears. I ordered 3 hats and they almost appeared to come in a box that wasn’t big enough and they were all scrunched. We also had to cut quite a few loose threads and strands off them - which previously this hasn’t been an issue.
