Where can I purchase CDN goods?
Well you made it, you can shop online here.

Where are your products made?
Most of our products are made right here in Canada. All of our apparel is made in Toronto, and all of our patch manufacturing and embroidery gets done in Edmonton. That was one of the most important values to us is to source locally made apparel. Although our hats are not made in Canada, we are on the hunt for a local hat manufacturer - if you know anyone send them our way!
 
Will you make hats with every province on them?
It’s something we are working on, with the diverse names of each province it can be challenging to abbreviate the names while having consistency. We are working on it though.
 
How do I take care of my apparel?
Our apparel is very soft, but delicate. The best way to take care of your apparel is to wash with like-colours, cold water, gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. This will keep your garments looking the best for the longest period of time. Click here to view our care instructions.
 
How does your apparel fit?
All of our apparel is unisex and it is pre-washed and pre-shrunk once. We recommend women to go down one size as it is a unisex cut (depending how you want it to fit/style your outfit). Click to see the size chart: Tee, Crewneck, Hoodie.
 
What happens if I order something and it doesn't fit? How do I return it?
If you purchased your product from one of our retail partners, their return/exchange policy applies. Please contact them directly with any questions.

If you ordered online:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 18-2751 Westside Road, Kelowna, BC V1Z3T1

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
What are your shipping costs?
Some of our items have flat rate shipping costs and others are calculated by your postal/zip code. Postage in Canada is quite expensive, typically we won’t make any money on shipping, we actually lose money after all our packaging is accounted for.

We do offer free Canada-wide shipping for all orders over $125.
